User Content: Comments, reviews, and content created by users on the Platform

Jurisdictional Compliance: Adherence to local laws and regulations where users access the Platform

The Platform may initiate loyalty points campaigns for user’s at its sole discretion. Loyalty points collected by user’s can be used for purchases once they reach the level specified by the platform. User’s must make purchases using the code they obtain from the platform,

Selling or commercializing user data obtained through the Platform

Hacking, cracking, or attempting to breach Platform security
Launching denial-of-service attacks or similar disruptive activities

Attempting to gain unauthorized administrative access
Interfering with other users' ability to use the Platform

All registered and unregistered trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and distinctive brand identifiers are the sole and exclusive property of the platform and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret legislation.
