A 40% consistency rule applies; a single trading day cannot equal or exceed 40% of the total profit made.
The maximum position size is 50 lots per order for FX and indices, and 20 lots per order for XAUUSD.
Each trading evaluation must be completed independently.
A maximum of 100 orders can be placed at one time. Up to 2,000 TP/SL modifications and orders are allowed per day, and the total daily position limit is 2,000.
Risking the entire daily drawdown on a single trade is not permitted. Any prohibited trading activity will result in account termination and a refund of the fee from the account where the violation occurred.
Hedging across multiple accounts, including accounts owned by the same trader, is strictly prohibited.
No more than 50% of total trades may be held for less than one minute.
E8 reserves the right to reduce risk exposure to a maximum of 1% per trade idea or time horizon if prohibited practices are detected.
Copying trades is allowed only between your own personal accounts or between your own E8 Trader and evaluation accounts. Copying trades or using the same trading ideas between multiple E8 evaluation accounts is not permitted.
The use of EAs is allowed provided that the same strategy is not used by multiple users. Only one strategy per user is permitted; shared or identical EA usage may result in account termination.
News trading is not allowed on the E8 One Funded stage within 5 minutes before or after high-impact news events.
Accounts inactive for 60 days will be disabled, and no refund entitlement will apply.
