Paying for Fintokei services on behalf of someone else is prohibited.

Using multiple IPs from many countries or masking IPs is prohibited.

Placing big trades during high volatility or news events without strategy is prohibited.

Pushing accounts to the limits, then buying another ones is prohibited.

Achieving Profit Target in a single trade or a few trades on same instrument is prohibited.

Risk per trade must not exceed 3%, calculated based on SL or VaR analysis.

Achieving profit target in one trade or a few similar trades in a day is prohibited.

If gambling practices detected, enforce: use SL, limit max risk per trade/account/day, cap max daily profit/loss, reduce leverage, set max daily lot, restrict news trading, apply 40% Consistency rule, net positive payout policy, Dynamic Performance Reward.

30 days inactivity allowed.
